SUCCESS ROUTINE Part 4

Let me review what I have taught you so far regarding making Success Routine.

"Repetition Brings about knowing."

At any particular moment, we are either Be-ing, Do-ing, or Hav-ing.

  • Being - the nature or essence of a person.

  • Doing - the activities in which a particular person engages.

  • Having - The act or state of possessing.

We are Be-ing, Do-ing, or Have-ing within the four strands of life.

  • Me

  • Us

  • Them

  • Him

We spent all our time in the Me strand during the last three steps of my Routine Success Protocol. So, I will stay within this strand, but remember that these tools can be used within any of the four strands of life.

This is what we have come up with so far.

  • Be - I am a Mesomorph...

  • Have - ...Who weighs 135 pounds.

"One of the principles of Have-ing is that it must be measurable."

If your Have is to be a great mother, spouse, or sister, that won’t work. Those are Bes.

So, how would you measure being a great mother, spouse, sister, etc? There are ways. List everything that would define you as a great mother. You’ll find definitions that can be measurable. We won’t get into this here. We will stay within the Me strand.

So…I am a mesomorph who weighs 135 pounds.

In the last step, I explained how we must build a bridge between our Be and Have.

"The bridge is the plan that connects your Be to your Have."

To Have slenderness when you are “Paused,” we plan to play the insulin glucagon seesaw game because when you are “Paused,” you no longer have sufficient fat-burning hormones, if any.

The Do (the plan) is to bottom out insulin and top out glucagon by eating (Do-Ing) a menu that does both.

In the Organic Strand, I explained the plan. It is simply to bottom out insulin and top out glucagon.

"When insulin elevates, we store fat. When we elevate glucagon, we release fat."

We call the menu that bottoms out insulin and tops out glucagon the Meso-Menu. We call it the Meso-Menu because it will make us mesomorphs. Recall a mesomorph is a person whose weight is just right.

In a nutshell, the Meso-Menu is comprised of clean animal proteins, Godmade fats, and high-fiber vegetables. These three food groups will bottom out insulin and top out glucagon, switching you from a fat-storing being to a fat-burning being.

So…let me get back on track.

  • Be - is how you define yourself.

  • Have - is your goal.

  • Do - is the plan.

So…you get it, got it, good!

So all you have to do is repeatedly say –

”I am a mesomorph who weighs 135 pounds by eating meso-meals.”

Affirming your Be, Do, and Have really does work, as I explained in the first step, when I sent a letter to myself about what I wanted to Be, Do, and Have and opened it over a year later, and everything I had written had manifested nearly exactly as I had written it.

In summary, your plan, eating the Meso-Menu, is what builds the infrastructure of the Do bridge.

But you’ll need to build a better bridge.

ACTIVE DISCIPLINE

You've seen me write once, twice, or a dozen times that if we all had self-discipline, we would all be rich and skinny.

You cannot plan your success or succeed with your plan without Active Discipline. Active Discipline makes the guardrails of the bridge.

“Active discipline involves setting goals, creating strategies, and taking consistent action to achieve them. It's about making conscious choices that align with our aspirations, embracing challenges as stepping stones, and unwaveringly moving forward.”

Active Discipline is made of the policies.

Policies are a set of rules or ideas that have been officially accepted about what should be done.

  • Eat only when you are hungry

  • Eat only clean animal protein, Godmade Fats, and high-fiber vegetables

  • Drink 80 ounces of water

  • Do not do any strenuous exercise

  • Sleep soundly for seven hours a night

  • Do not have any seductive foods within the house

  • When you veer, have no regrets; get back on the menu

Active Discipline is being obedient to the policies.

There is one more step to do-ing Active Discipline. There must be an emotional component to move forward across the bridge unwaveringly.

EMOTIONAL PURPOSE

“According to the American Psychological Association, emotions are conscious mental reactions that are usually directed toward a specific object. They are experienced as strong feelings and are typically accompanied by physiological and behavioral changes in the body.”

“Purpose - the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.”

If you want to Have your ideal/happy/healthy/bottom-weight, Active Discipline will be needed to keep you on track to achieve your Have.

But if you want to achieve your goal quickly and smoothly, you must Have an Emotional Purpose attached to your Active Discipline.

Emotional purpose is the emotion behind your why.

I have found that when my clients visualize themselves weighing their ideal/happy/bottom/ideal weight, it is not genuinely visualized unless they can feel the emotion attached to achieving their Have.

WHAT IS THE EMOTION YOU SHOULD FEEL WHEN YOU ACHIEVE?

When I became a father, when my eldest child was born and saw this human enter the world, I had a “coming to God” moment. I felt an emotion I had never felt before, an overwhelming ebullience of love.

The achievement of your Have should be accompanied by this overwhelming ebullience of love, the love for yourself, your spouse, your clients, and God, depending on what strand of life you just had a win within.

“What it really comes down to is that your Have is all about feeling an overwhelming ebullience of love."

The emotion tied to you achieving your Have is LOVE!

By eating The Meso-Menu, I am a mesomorph who weighs 135 pounds and feels an ebullience of love for myself.

Now, that took a little while to get to, but we got there. Now you go get there, wherever there might be.

THIS WEEK'S US-IE

Las Vegas

Within my Us Strand, I define myself as a proud Father.

  • Be - Proud Father

  • Have - Father/Child memorable moments

  • Do - Experience time with my children.

This past weekend, I got to experience memorable moments with our youngest son and middle daughter.

One of my favorite things to do is to watch my football team play live, which I have done maybe a hundred times since 1974. There was a moment this weekend as I watched the game with my daughter for the first time and as I had my arm around her and I looked into her face, which was filled with excitement and joy, that I realized how blessed I am to be her father and I experienced love that overwhelmed my senses.

I told her how pretty she was while happy tears welled inside me, but what I was really saying was that I was so proud of her, and I was so proud that we just got to Have a memorable experience.

Thank you, God! You have blessed me!

Oh, and yes, I think that hat has made it to most of those 100 games.

And remember...

"IT'S ALL ABOUT YOUR HORMONES!"

"Because when your hormones are balanced, your weight, health, and mind will follow."
