Plot Summary

One day, a young man named Gopi Prasad (Mithun Chakraborty) arrives in the village. He is a brave and honest man who works as a truck driver. He is also the son of a freedom fighter who was killed by Natwarlal's men. He comes to the village to meet his uncle (Om Shivpuri), who is also a farmer and a victim of Natwarlal's tyranny. Gopi Prasad decides to stay in the village and help his uncle and the other villagers.


He soon falls in love with a beautiful girl named Radha (Bhanupriya), who is the daughter of another farmer. Radha also loves him, but she is engaged to Prakash Kapoor (Sumeet Saigal), who is the son of Natwarlal's friend and partner. Prakash Kapoor is a spoiled and arrogant man who does not care about Radha or her feelings. He only wants to marry her for her money and property.


Gopi Prasad challenges Natwarlal and Kamlesh Singh, and fights against them with courage and intelligence. He exposes their crimes and corruption, and rallies the villagers to stand up for their rights. He also tries to convince Radha to break her engagement with Prakash Kapoor, and marry him instead. He faces many obstacles and dangers, but he does not give up.


The film ends with a climactic showdown between Gopi Prasad and Kamlesh Singh, where Gopi Prasad defeats Kamlesh Singh and kills him. He also rescues Radha from Prakash Kapoor, who tries to kidnap her. Natwarlal is arrested by the police, and the villagers are freed from his oppression. Gopi Prasad and Radha get married, and live happily ever after.
